Guide multi-family and hospitality developers toward modular construction for their projects. Find, develop and close preconstruction and construction contracts for custom modular builds.
What you will do
- Find, develop and close preconstruction and construction contracts for custom modular projects
- Advise developers on moving their projects forward with modular methods
- Handle most project work over the phone with strong follow up
- Work with construction and financing knowledge to support deals
- Collaborate as part of a team across sales and project efforts
What they look for
- Background in new ground-up construction business development
- Relevant sales experience including relationship and technical sales
- Knowledge of project management, land development or entitlement
- Familiarity with engineering and architecture
- Strong phone, communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and hungry for sales
