Customer Success Manager

About the role

Manage and grow relationships with large corporate partners, helping them run volunteering programs that engage employees and support communities worldwide.

What you will do

• Grow and nurture enterprise accounts, boosting how much clients use the service
• Build account plans that meet client goals and return targets
• Lead client projects and strategic programs across internal teams
• Support sales colleagues on renewals and negotiations to keep retention high
• Advise executives on social impact and partnership strategy
• Track relationships across each account and own impact and usage reporting
