About the role

A sales role focused on winning new business in the tech sector. The hire will drive growth by finding opportunities and building relationships with leading clients.

What you will do

• Map an ideal customer profile and pick high growth accounts to target
• Run outbound campaigns through email and LinkedIn
• Make high volumes of cold calls and pitch to decision makers
• Find around twenty prospective clients each day and engage them personally
• Arrange and join discovery calls to surface live hiring needs
• Manage the pipeline toward a monthly contribution goal of fifteen thousand pounds

What they look for

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Demonstrated success pitching to senior executives
• Results driven approach with attention to daily and monthly targets
• Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly with industry leaders
• Background in sales outreach and booking meetings in recruitment or resourcing

Nice to have

• Knowledge of technology, AI and machine learning, fintech or insurance
• Comfort with tools such as Claude, Microsoft Teams and LinkedIn Premium
• History of beating financial targets in a sales focused role
