Business Development Executive, KOL Talents and Partnerships

About the role

The role keeps creator and talent relationships strong, widens the talent network and builds partnerships that feed content and marketing work. It suits someone who likes networking, spotting openings and negotiating deals.

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, creators, talents and outside partners
• Seek out and approach new talents to grow the network and partnership pipeline
• Handle outreach and negotiations with talents and partners through to confirmed deals
• Coordinate with talents on content initiatives and keep collaboration running smoothly
• Research market and social trends to surface content ideas and possible collaborations
• Work with internal marketing and content teams so partnerships match business goals

What they look for

• At least one year in business development, sales, partnerships, influencer or talent management, recruitment or similar relationship work
• Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills with confidence approaching new people
• Outgoing and personable, able to build rapport and represent the company well
• English and Mandarin communication skills, spoken and written
• Proactive and commercially minded, able to plan approaches and turn ideas into action
• Creative and adaptable in a fast paced setting with several stakeholders
