Creator Manager

About the role

A remote role managing content creators, growing their audiences and securing brand deals. The position is commission only with uncapped earnings.

What you will do

• Oversee a portfolio of influencers and help them expand their platform presence
• Scout and sign emerging and established creators
• Build and maintain partnerships with brands and agencies to book talent
• Work with internal teams on overall strategy and roster growth
• Negotiate deals with brands and record labels and develop content plans

What they look for

• Strong familiarity with major social platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Willingness to hustle to get results
• Ability to work independently and drive your own agenda

Nice to have

• Background in talent management, influencer work, sales or marketing agencies
