About the role

Drive awareness and uptake of a continuous glucose monitoring system across Indian primary care, specialist and hospital settings, and build the strategic relationships needed to widen patient access.

What you will do

• Grow the assigned territory and increase adoption of the monitoring technology among clinicians and institutions
• Find new business openings and extend market reach while meeting territory targets and share goals
• Keep channel partners stocked and manage product availability and demand fulfilment
• Cultivate ties with endocrinologists, diabetologists, educators, hospitals and care networks
• Run clinical discussions, demonstrations, training sessions, workshops and webinars
• Manage key accounts and opinion leaders, represent the company at scientific events and keep CRM records accurate

What they look for

• Proven record in market development or sales within healthcare or medical devices
• Comfort with clinical and technical product conversations with specialist physicians
• Ability to plan accounts, track performance and analyse market opportunities
• Strong relationship building with clinicians, institutions and channel partners
• Willingness to cover one of several Indian metro territories
