Business Development Manager, DACH

About the role

You will expand the company's presence among shopping centres across the DACH region, building pipeline and closing new deals. The role links property clients' commercial priorities with payment technology.

What you will do

• Run discovery on each centre's commercial goals and build a business case in their terms
• Map stakeholders across centre management, marketing, finance and ownership, and align them
• Explain payment flows, compliance and integrations in terms clients care about, and feed market insight back to Product and Marketing
• Work with Legal, Client Success, Product and Marketing to close contracts and support onboarding
• Meet clients and represent the company at industry events in the region and occasionally elsewhere in Europe

What they look for

• Experience with sales cycles lasting several months and involving multiple stakeholders, ideally commercial, marketing or finance leads
• Native or C2 German plus professional English
• Disciplined pipeline management in a CRM such as HubSpot

• Background in payments, gift cards, loyalty or fintech
