You will run the daily renewals business and coordinate the operational activities and processes that keep recurring revenue steady and efficient. The role also involves spotting risks and opportunities and aligning teams around shared priorities.

What you will do
- Monitor the renewals pipeline and track retention, attrition and expansion results, then coordinate actions to lift recurring revenue
- Work with sales, renewals, customer experience, finance, product and operations teams to clear blockers and align on priorities
- Find process gaps, simplify workflows, standardise repeatable steps and add automation and digital tools to cut manual effort
- Build and maintain business reviews, performance reports and dashboards that give leaders clear visibility into renewals health

- At least five years in SaaS renewals, recurring revenue operations, subscription management or a similar area
- Track record coordinating cross-functional work and pushing execution across sales, renewals, finance, customer or operations teams
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities, able to turn business data into useful insight
- Experience improving processes, managing operational workflows and holding several stakeholders accountable
- Clear communication and stakeholder skills, able to influence at team and leadership levels
