Inside Sales Representative

About the role

A remote sales role focused on being the first friendly contact for prospective legal clients, converting qualified leads into signed clients and keeping records accurate.

What you will do

• Handle inbound inquiries from pre-qualified leads and address each prospect's needs
• Meet prospects by video and phone and turn them into new clients
• Close deals by offering premium services that best fit each client
• Follow up after sign-up to reassure clients about their decision
• Keep CRM records current for new opportunities and past, current and potential clients
• Produce regular sales reports tracking progress toward client acquisition goals

What they look for

• At least one year of experience as a sales representative
• Strong communication, presentation, customer service and listening abilities
• A genuine listener who builds rapport quickly and reads people well
• Strong time management and a team-oriented mindset

• Bachelor's degree
