What you will do
- Work with account executives and customer success to support strategic deals and revenue growth
- Learn what customers struggle with and turn that into tailored demos, workflows and technical talks
- Design and run live product demonstrations that show real world impact
- Serve as a technical advisor to engineering teams and decision makers
- Help hand customers over smoothly to customer success so adoption succeeds
- Pass customer insights back to product, sales and customer success
