Director of E-Commerce & Digital Product

About the role

A remote leadership role guiding the day-to-day site operator and external development, platform and app partners. The director builds structure for a shared digital backbone serving direct, wholesale, marketplace and retail channels.

What you will do

• Build strong site capabilities and customer-facing interactions that raise engagement
• Watch emerging technology and e-commerce trends to spot new feature opportunities
• Weigh proposed site updates, balancing technical effort against revenue impact
• Turn priority roadmap ideas into polished, user-focused site improvements
• Track performance against target KPIs and drive ongoing optimisation from data
• Keep standard procedures across feature rollouts, from scoping to deployment
