Regional Sales Manager, Sheet Metal Fabrication

About the role

Lead a team of fabrication specialists and grow partnerships across a western and central US territory. Drive regional sales strategy for a worldwide sheet metal fabrication solutions provider.

What you will do

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies that surpass targets and expand the business.
• Mentor, coach and support a team of fabrication specialists.
• Build lasting relationships with key accounts and offer technical guidance.
• Collaborate with sales management, marketing and operations on shared priorities.

What they look for

• Residence within the assigned western and central US territory.
• At least five years of sales or sales management experience in a related industry.
• At least five years of fabrication tooling experience with punch and die, press brake or laser.
• Strong business acumen, organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software, plus willingness to travel about nine to eleven nights monthly.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CAD or programming software.
• Advanced technical education or a college degree.

Pay

USD 75,000 to 165,000 per year
