Regional Furniture Sales Support Representative

About the role

You will be the main contact for regional sellers, handling quotes and orders from first enquiry through to delivery. The role keeps the sales process smooth and accurate for assigned road and showroom sellers.

What you will do

• Act as the single contact for assigned regional sellers on quotes, orders and status updates
• Enter and track quotes and orders accurately across several systems
• Work with claims, credit, factories and purchasing teams to answer sellers promptly
• Advise sellers on lead times, fabrics, freight expectations and special orders
• Join department meetings and ongoing training, and handle escalations, credits and returns
• Support billing and discount application through precise order entry

What they look for

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least three years in customer service, ideally in a fast-paced setting
• Strong written and verbal communication with a service mindset
• Experience with furniture quoting, order management and fabric sales processes
• Good grasp of cross-department workflows such as claims, credit and purchasing
• Detail-focused, organised and able to juggle shifting priorities

Pay

USD 50,000 to 58,000 per year
