SAP RE-FX Consultant

About the role

An experienced SAP Real Estate Management consultant is needed to shape, set up and improve real estate processes, with emphasis on German VAT rules, inside an international project team.

What you will do

• Build and set up SAP RE-FX solutions that match business needs
• Tune input tax distribution under section 15 (4) UStG in RE-FX
• Handle input tax correction under section 15a UStG, including periodic runs
• Turn business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Prepare and run tests and resolve defects found
• Guide stakeholders on compliance and best practice for RE-FX processes

What they look for

• Proven RE-FX consulting background with solid functional and configuration skills in SAP Real Estate Management
• Hands-on command of input tax distribution under section 15 (4) UStG
• Hands-on command of input tax correction under section 15a UStG
• Good grasp of how RE-FX links with FI, including FI-AA and FI-AP/AR
• Strong English communication for working with business, process and technical people
• Able to work unaided and self-directed in a remote setting

Nice to have

• Service charge settlement experience in SAP RE-FX
• Work with interfaces to outside systems such as Planon
• German language skills
