Field Sales Representative

About the role

Represent the company across a regional territory, helping small businesses adopt its app and grow their customer base. Act as the public face of the brand within the local beauty industry.

What you will do

• Grow the company's presence across the region by signing up small businesses
• Build lasting client relationships through in-person meetings and demos
• Manage a prospect pipeline using cold calls, walk-ins and social media outreach
• Attend industry events and teach clients how to use the app's features

What they look for

• Two to four years of prior field sales exposure
• Must live in the Kissimmee area and have a vehicle for client visits
• A results-driven mindset with a record of beating sales targets
• Fluency in Spanish

Nice to have

• Background in the beauty sector
• Experience selling technology or SaaS products
• Prior work with small business clients
• Familiarity with Salesforce for pipeline management
