About the role

Lead business development for a securities exchange, persuading senior executives and boards to pursue a public listing. The role shapes strategy and guides prospects from first contact to a listing commitment.

What you will do

• Build and carry out a focused plan to win listings from public companies whose goals fit the exchange's value proposition
• Cultivate ties with chief executives, senior leaders and boards, surface priorities, handle objections and secure next steps
• Run a clear, well documented pipeline with milestones, account plans and realistic forecasts
• Turn relationships into listing commitments through tailored business cases and coordination of internal experts
• Work with marketing to refine prospect targeting and strengthen the exchange's credibility
