About the role

Lead a provider data and production workflow team in a payer healthcare setting. You will shape efficient processes, coach staff, and keep quality and performance on target.

What you will do

• Recruit and supervise a team, handling performance reviews, development and HR administration
• Monitor dashboards and operational KPIs, run root-cause analysis and build action plans
• Make volume-based decisions that keep customer service strong
• Run team huddles that connect staff to the mission and daily operational goals
• Foster an inclusive culture and lead continuous improvement work
• Close gaps in existing workflows and share best practices across teams

What they look for

• At least two years of provider data experience at a health insurer
• One or more years managing people directly
• One or more years using data and metrics to drive improvements
• One or more years working with teams spread across locations and disciplines
• Ability to work from one of the listed states

Nice to have

• A bachelor's degree
• Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification
• Earlier experience in healthcare or insurance
• Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft skills

USD 55,890 to 73,355 per year
