Services Transactional Finance Leader

About the role

A senior finance leadership role within a wind services business, guiding profitable growth and strong execution across a transactional portfolio while developing finance talent.

What you will do

• Work with the commercial lead to shape and carry out portfolio growth strategy across regions
• Improve operational processes so customers receive high quality delivery and execution
• Help the accounting operations group manage the portfolio financially, raising the accuracy and speed of project reviews
• Direct financial planning and estimating for the portfolio, solving problems jointly with commercial and operations teams
• Manage one direct report and build a culture of ongoing learning, cross-training and automation

What they look for

• At least eight years of finance experience
• Previous experience leading a team

Pay

USD 147,400 to 245,600 per year
