Client Delivery Manager

About the role

The role owns client relationships and delivery for a growing set of engagements, helping mid-market firms adopt AI, automation and analytics. You act as a trusted partner to executives while coordinating internal technical teams.

What you will do

• Act as main contact for a portfolio of ongoing clients and their executives
• Own roadmaps, timelines and milestones from planning through delivery
• Spot risks and delays early and put action plans in place
• Translate client needs into clear problem statements for engineering teams
• Tie deliverables to measurable outcomes such as ROI and time saved
• Find chances to expand engagement scope and add value for clients

What they look for

• Three to five or more years in engagement, program or project management, consulting, client delivery or technical account management
• Excellent spoken and written English for working with US executives
• Strong executive presence and the ability to act as a senior delivery partner
• Sound business judgment and comfort prioritizing under ambiguity
• Ability to reason about APIs, software workflows and automation concepts

Nice to have

• Experience in an agency, SaaS, technology or consulting setting
• Prior work with mid-market businesses
