Creative Producer (AI-Driven)

About the role

A hands-on creative marketing role producing ad creatives with AI tools for a subscription mobile app, focused on paid social acquisition in a top-tier market.

What you will do

• Operate AI tools to generate static and video ad creatives end to end
• Curate outputs, guide generation and make adjustments without designers
• Research audiences, competitor strategies and market trends for creative openings
• Turn experiment results into new hypotheses and testing plans
• Review and verify analytics, then make final strategic decisions
• Discuss acquisition results and metrics daily with the team

• Experience promoting mobile apps at scale via web2app and META
• Track record creating creatives from scratch with AI generation tools
• Strong grasp of metrics and analysis to drive next actions
• Open, adaptable mindset in a fast-changing environment
• Hands-on approach to operating tools and managing workflow
• Analytical skill to process heavy data and validate AI-driven insights

Nice to have

• Prior design background such as graphic, motion or marketing design
• Experience finding new funnels, launching products or scaling an existing one
