This role owns the full system of learner support services at an online college for working adults and career changers, making sure advising, tutoring, wellness, accessibility and library support reach every student. It is a hands-on player-coach position that also manages the coaches who report to it.

What you will do
- Own the learner services system from end to end and set the standards providers and tools must meet
- Coordinate academic advising, tutoring, wellness, accessibility and library services across partners and AI tools
- Act as the main escalation point for learners with complex needs
- Translate priorities into plans, track work and coordinate providers and dependencies
- Support and develop the learner success coaches and handle difficult cases alongside them

- Comfort managing external providers and technology-based service delivery
- Strong programme management skills, from planning through tracking and delivery
- Ability to set standards and design processes where none exist yet
