Own client relationships and delivery for a portfolio of engagements, guiding middle-market firms through AI adoption. Coordinate internal technical teams so projects produce measurable business value.
What you will do
- Serve as main contact for a portfolio of ongoing clients
- Build trusted ties with C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Own client roadmaps, timelines and delivery milestones end to end
- Hold internal teams accountable for deliverables and commitments
- Spot risks early and create action plans before clients are affected
- Translate complex client needs into clear problem statements for engineers
What they look for
- Three to five or more years in engagement, program or project management, consulting, client delivery or technical account management
- Exceptional spoken and written English for communicating with US executives
- Strong executive presence as a senior delivery partner
- Sound business judgment and ability to prioritize under ambiguity
Nice to have
- Experience in an agency, SaaS, technology or consulting setting
- Work with mid-market businesses
