What you will do
- Assist French-speaking customers with technical questions and issues
- Look into and diagnose straightforward technical faults
- Run simple SQL queries to support data checks and investigations
- Log, track and fix issues where possible, passing harder cases to specialist teams
- Keep accurate records of customer contacts and support cases
- Explain technical details clearly and work with colleagues to keep service quality high

- Native-level French
- English at B2 or above
- Basic SQL knowledge or some hands-on experience
- Genuine interest in technology and problem solving
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
- Able to work independently from home and visit the Porto office quarterly
