Senior Product Manager, Customer Experience

About the role

Own the end to end digital customer experience across web and mobile, defining product strategy and delivering intuitive, rewarding shopping journeys.

What you will do

• Partner with engineering, design, merchandising and marketing to ship high impact features that move key metrics
• Run continuous A/B testing and experimentation to optimise the buying flow and validate post purchase capabilities
• Use data analysis, usability testing and customer research to find friction points and test purchasing hypotheses
• Design and implement transparent post discovery flows that reduce drop off and raise customer lifetime value
• Lead agile sprint cycles and communicate vision, roadmap priorities and conversion insights to leadership

What they look for

• Five or more years of product management experience with a strong ecommerce or digital consumer products background
• A track record of owning products from strategy through execution with measurable outcomes
• Experience building product strategies and roadmaps balancing customer needs, business priorities and technical constraints
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills using data, insights and experimentation
• Strong communication skills to explain vision, priorities, tradeoffs and the reasoning behind decisions
