What you will do
- Process and monitor client deposits, withdrawals and transfers in line with rules
- Keep CRM and platform records updated with relevant details
- Investigate client requests and complaints promptly
- Assist onboarding and support teams with client queries
- Work with compliance and risk teams on specific client cases
- Reconcile payment issues with customers and providers across channels

- About one year in payments, transactions or similar financial operations
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and Excel
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good communication skills and a team mindset
- Availability for rotating shifts Monday to Friday in UTC+8 hours
