What you will do
- Answer inbound leads by phone, email and a CRM system
- Qualify leads and upsell services to convert them into customers
- Plan, resource and schedule bookings and cleaning
- Manage supply inventory and orders for the vans
- Prepare quotations for special requests and handle related enquiries
- Coordinate with vehicle partners on month end closing and revenue share statements, and keep website content and FAQs current with marketing
