Sales Development Representative

About the role

A remote outbound sales role focused on booking qualified appointments with UK commercial and property decision-makers for a specialist cleaning and compliance provider. Structured training and a path toward account executive responsibilities are offered.

What you will do

• Book qualified appointments for the sales team as the primary performance measure
• Qualify leads on need, authority, timing, current provider and opportunity
• Record every interaction in the CRM and report weekly on activity, results and market intelligence

What they look for

• Experience in B2B sales, cold calling, appointment setting and lead generation
• Background as an SDR or BDR in outbound sales
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems
• Excellent spoken and written English for professional contact with senior UK decision-makers
• Comfort with email sequencing, LinkedIn, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, spreadsheets, dialler systems and online meeting platforms
• Confident, persistent, organised, resilient and target-driven

Nice to have

• Experience with Apollo or similar sales platforms
