Sales Development Representative

About the role

Represent an established outsourced sales acceleration partner, driving outbound prospecting for clients across several sectors. The role focuses on high-volume calling and booking qualified meetings.

What you will do

• Run high-volume outbound prospecting, around 50 calls daily to decision-makers
• Handle the top of the funnel from research through booked qualified meetings
• Meet a monthly target of ten qualified outbound opportunities
• Keep accurate records and manage pipeline in Salesforce
• Work with senior stakeholders to sharpen messaging and outreach
• Join regular coaching to learn the team's sales methods

What they look for

• Strong verbal and written communication with a professional manner
• High coachability, curiosity and persistence in handling objections
• Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce
• A record of consistent activity and meeting KPIs

Nice to have

• Prior experience in outsourced sales or lead generation
• Background in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
