Senior Media Buyer

About the role

Own paid acquisition campaigns across several markets and channels for a performance marketing firm active in iGaming and digital entertainment. The role focuses on scaling budgets and improving campaign results through analysis.

What you will do

• Plan, launch and run paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and similar channels
• Track and improve campaigns using CPA, ROI, conversion rates and player value
• Study campaign and player data to find ways to scale and boost results
• Manage large ad budgets while keeping a strong return on investment
• Coordinate with creative, analytics and acquisition colleagues and follow platform policy changes

What they look for

• At least three years of hands-on media buying or paid acquisition work
• Solid experience with Meta and/or Google Ads
• Good grasp of performance marketing metrics and campaign optimisation
• Comfort with large budgets and decisions based on data
• Analytical, commercially driven and proactive mindset
• Strong English communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with TikTok, Snapchat or programmatic platforms
• Background in iGaming, gambling, betting, social casino, sweepstakes or a similar performance vertical
