Lead Digital Product Manager, Customer Identity and Access Management

About the role

Leads strategy and delivery of enterprise customer identity and access capabilities within an identity and access management program. Guides a team of product managers and partners with engineering, data, UX and business leaders.

What you will do

• Turn strategy into measurable outcomes using defined KPIs for growth, quality, efficiency, adoption and stability
• Lead, coach and develop a team of digital product managers
• Work with engineering, UX, data, operations and business architecture on integrated customer journeys
• Manage dependencies across teams and platforms as the journey level integrator
• Share accountability for delivery health, platform stability, risk and compliance

What they look for

• At least five years leading digital product strategy for complex platforms or multi product portfolios
• At least two years directly leading and coaching product managers or similar cross functional roles
• Experience influencing senior leaders and partnering across engineering, data, UX and business teams
• Proven use of KPIs such as adoption, efficiency, quality or financial metrics to prioritize product work
• Experience in a regulated environment combining strategic leadership with hands on delivery

Nice to have

• Domain experience in customer identity and access management
• Experience with the Ping Identity platform
• Experience in large scale enterprise technology environments
• Familiarity with outcome based delivery and product centric operating models
