Lead Digital Product Manager, Customer Identity and Access Management

About the role

Leads the customer identity and access management product family, setting strategy and delivering secure, scalable identity experiences across the enterprise. Manages a team of product managers and partners with security, engineering, data and design groups.

What you will do

• Build and maintain a prioritized multi-year roadmap tied to security, digital experience and transformation goals
• Set and track KPIs on adoption, authentication success, customer effort, security risk, reliability and financial value
• Manage dependencies, risks, investment choices and trade-offs across products, platforms and delivery teams
