Frontline Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

Sells a digital workplace platform to large industrial enterprises, leading complex deals and positioning broader software solutions as part of business transformation. Covers a defined territory with a focus on new business and expansion.

What you will do

• Build strategies and plans for each target account and win new customers to grow territory value
• Engage senior stakeholders such as CIO, CISO, CFO and CEO across accounts
• Develop executive relationships across industry, partners and community to find opportunities
• Generate demand and maintain a steady pipeline for consistent growth
• Handle pipeline and forecast management and outbound lead generation

What they look for

• Five to eight or more years selling high value complex enterprise software across varied verticals
• A record of meeting or exceeding direct sales goals of 1.5M or more with average deals above 250k
• Familiarity with the MEDDPICC approach
• Success as an individual contributor with strong net new business and account growth
• Ability to build a strategic territory plan and a matching execution plan
