Technical Customer Success Manager, Europe

About the role

Own a portfolio of API customers, guiding them from onboarding through adoption and expansion so they build successful products with the company data. The role focuses on retention and growth.

What you will do

• Manage a customer portfolio and build success plans with goals, priorities and next steps
• Run regular calls, troubleshoot technical issues and drive them to resolution
• Spot risks early, create plans and own expansion from opportunity to upgrade
• Handle renewals and keep account information organised and current
• Lead onboarding with integration plans, milestones and clear owners
• Work with product, sales, support, engineering and marketing on customer outcomes

What they look for

• At least two years in technical customer success, account management or a similar customer facing role
• Experience with APIs or data products, or a technical, product management or product owner background
• Comfort discussing APIs, integrations and data flows without needing to code
• A proactive approach that leads customers rather than only supporting them
