Business Development Partner (US Market)

About the role

You would win new US clients and grow lasting accounts for IT staffing, team augmentation and software development services. The role is entrepreneurial and remote, working closely with company leadership.

What you will do

• Draw on your network to find and win new clients for staffing and software services
• Guide opportunities from first contact through negotiation to a closed deal
• Cultivate the accounts you bring in and look for ways to expand them
• Team up with leadership and delivery staff to shape solutions and keep clients happy
• Help grow the US business, with a chance to build and lead a local team later

What they look for

• Proven record selling IT staffing, team augmentation or outsourcing services
• An established network of US decision-makers and prospective clients
• Background in IT services, software development, consulting, outsourcing or augmentation
• Skill at managing client relationships and spotting commercial openings
• Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial drive to build business

Nice to have

• Contacts and experience in financial services, banking, telecom, energy, utilities or government sectors are an advantage
