About the role

Win and grow enterprise services business, selling outsourcing, nearshoring and custom software delivery engagements to senior technology and operations leaders in international markets.

What you will do

Own the whole enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through solution design, negotiation and closing
Grow opportunities where AI capabilities add value to delivery and transformation outcomes
Hold consultative conversations with C-level technology, operations and engineering leaders
Shape proposals, pricing and engagement structures, and work with delivery teams on scope and feasibility

What they look for

At least ten years of enterprise B2B sales in IT outsourcing, nearshoring or custom software delivery
A strong record of closing six and seven figure services deals
Experience selling long-term service engagements rather than subscriptions or transactional deals
A hunter mindset, strong communication and executive presence, and fluent English
