What you will do

• Help service managers with daily coordination of operational activities
• Lead internal project meetings and write up the minutes
• Schedule external meetings and document what was discussed
• Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders and extra work orders
• Code vendor invoices and track CMMS work orders for completeness
• Review monthly job profitability with service managers

What they look for

• At least two years working with contracts and change order management
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems
• Ability to work independently and use own judgment

A typical week

• Meeting with service managers and internal stakeholders
• Following up on change orders with subcontractors
• Checking work orders and preparing invoices for approval
• Keeping project files and procedures current
