A regional role improving equipment reliability and asset performance across manufacturing sites in the Americas, working with plant teams to cut downtime and maintenance cost.
What you will do
- Lead regional initiatives that reduce equipment failures, downtime, maintenance cost and production losses
- Analyse failure history, maintenance data and production losses to find root causes and improvement opportunities
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance, lubrication, inspection and condition monitoring programmes
- Support maintenance planning and scheduling, and track reliability indicators such as downtime, MTBF and PM compliance
- Provide remote and on-site support to sites, standardising processes and sharing best practice
What they look for
- Bachelor degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial or maintenance engineering or a related technical field
- At least ten years of manufacturing maintenance and reliability experience, ideally in chemical or industrial settings
- Knowledge of reliability methods including RCA, FMEA, PM optimisation, condition monitoring and bad actor elimination
- Experience with CMMS platforms such as SAP PM or Maximo for work orders, planning and reliability reporting
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
