Vulnerability, Accessibility & Inclusion Lead

About the role

A fixed term cover role leading strategy for vulnerable, disabled, excluded and bereaved customers, turning priorities into governed improvements across products and services.

What you will do

• Lead development and embedding of inclusion, accessibility and bereavement strategies and standards
• Turn strategy into roadmaps, outcomes and priorities for delivery teams
• Assess products and support against legal and regulatory standards and drive fixes
• Scan for regulatory developments and translate them into practical recommendations
• Act as senior expert on complex vulnerability and accessibility issues
• Coach colleagues and help develop strategy managers and analysts

• Experience setting direction in vulnerability, accessibility or inclusion
• Ability to combine regulatory requirements, customer insight and data
• Track record of governing and delivering measurable customer improvements
• Strong collaboration with operations, product, risk and compliance teams
