Virtual Administrator (Visa Lodgement)

About the role

A remote administrative role supporting senior migration consultants with document handling, application preparation and compliance checks. The position is non-client-facing and can be part-time or full-time.

What you will do

• Check documents sent in by clients and applicants, then save and label them
• Spot missing or problematic details using checklists and request them by email
• Prepare application forms, templated letters and submissions from documents and questionnaires
• Cross-check forms and paperwork for accuracy
• Handle other routine administrative duties tied to migration services

• A relevant qualification
• Prior administrative experience, ideally in consulting, process services or accounting
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Methodical approach to work and to the firm's procedures
• Strong written and spoken English
• Proactive in suggesting improvements to business processes
