What you will do
- Handle a large volume of inbound patient calls across all practice sites
- Schedule, reschedule and coordinate patient appointments following office protocols
- Navigate the EHR to review charts, appointment history and messages, documenting interactions accurately
- Route refill inquiries and medication questions to the right provider or team member
- Escalate urgent, unclear or clinical concerns to providers, managers or in-office staff
