What you will do

  • Travel to company-owned and third-party sites across the US, Monday to Friday, up to 75% of the time.
  • Run site onboarding calls with new site managers and lead readiness training.
  • Build and deliver technical training on substations, operations and maintenance, and maintenance systems.
  • Join construction calls for new projects and coordinate the handoff to operations.
  • Draft procedures, set up site assets and maintenance structures, and flag quality improvements.
