Customer Experience Representative

About the role

The schedule runs Monday to Friday, 8 to 4:30 Eastern, with an hour for lunch. Most questions come from key accounts, and answers often depend on working with sales, operations, finance and IT.

At a glance

What you will do

• Handle customer calls and emails about availability, orders, pricing and policies
• Research and administer warranty credits, replacements and return authorisations
• Enter and change customer orders in the business system accurately
• Advise customers on basic product use
• Work with internal departments to resolve account issues
• Meet the service levels set by management

What they look for

• At least two years in customer service or a related industry
• Clear, courteous communication with customers and colleagues
• Able to set priorities and handle several tasks within deadlines
• Strong written and spoken communication with a problem solving approach
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems

Nice to have

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
