What you will do
- Take inbound and outbound calls and written contacts for support and collections
- Negotiate payment plans and secure promises to pay later
- Help customers fund accounts and advise on managing transactions
- Investigate and resolve collections questions by phone
- Explain account history, product details and the protection policy
- Identify vulnerable customers, offer insolvency support and transfer cases when needed
