  • Act as the main operational contact for bank partners and processors, running meetings and tracking commitments
  • Write and refine procedures for escheatment, compliance, support and exception handling
  • Dig into data anomalies and system issues, find the root cause and see the fix through
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership
