What you will do
- Create measurement frameworks linking program adoption to customer, employee and business results
- Quantify the cost of delayed or unresolved initiatives as well as the upside of new investments
- Lead business value and transformation deliverables alongside data, technology and experience teams
- Run client discovery through interviews, document review, surveys and marketing data analysis
- Manage delivery work such as meetings, workshops, deliverable reviews and readouts
- Build financial models in Excel covering ROI, P&L projections and budget forecasts

- Seven or more years of experience in FP&A or a closely related field
