About the role

Builds and runs the partner go-to-market strategy in India, working mainly with regional systems integrators and value-added resellers. The role is the first dedicated channel hire in the country and owns a partner-sourced revenue target.

What you will do

Build executive relationships with key partners in India
Identify partner opportunities and push deals forward to hit revenue targets
Find, activate and develop regional partners
Grow partner capabilities, co-selling motions and brand awareness
Create partnership business plans with partner executives
Align messaging and coordinate operations across the company around the partner strategy

What they look for

Seven or more years in channel sales or partner-led selling
Experience owning a partner-sourced revenue number
Comfort in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
Ability to shape a new channel playbook from scratch
