What you will do
- Design, launch and refine digital journeys spanning onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal and growth
- Produce customer communications, educational campaigns and self-service content with marketing, product, support and partners
- Group audiences by lifecycle stage, product, usage and needs so outreach stays timely and relevant
- Work with revenue and customer success operations on CRM workflows, cleaner contact and contract data, and actionable triggers
- Test messaging, timing and journey steps, then use engagement and commercial results to sharpen programs

- Hands-on record of building campaigns, CRM workflows or automated lifecycle programs with measurable results

- Clear customer-facing writing that makes complex topics easy to act on
