Customer Success Manager (Multiplier experience)

About the role

Manage relationships with Australian clients for a remote team, guiding onboarding, engagement and renewals. The role is a pooling listing for future openings rather than a guaranteed position.

What you will do

• Manage customer relationships across the full journey and serve as main contact for assigned accounts
• Lead onboarding and ensure a smooth handover from implementation to ongoing support
• Track engagement, satisfaction and account health, and address risks and possible churn early
• Handle queries, issues and escalations professionally and on time
• Run regular check-ins and follow-ups and support retention and renewals
• Keep CRM records accurate and report on success metrics and account performance

What they look for

• Hands-on experience with Multiplier
• Proven record managing customer relationships and accounts
• Experience with onboarding, retention and renewals
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong problem-solving and stakeholder skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently remotely and available during Australian business hours

• Experience supporting Australian customers or businesses
• Experience managing multiple customer accounts
• Experience handling escalations and at-risk accounts

Pay
