  • Design and refine digital journeys for onboarding, adoption, value, renewal and growth, each with clear goals and triggers
  • Write customer communications, education campaigns and self-service content with Marketing, Product, Support and partners
  • Split audiences by lifecycle stage, product, usage and need so messages land at the right time
  • Work with RevOps and CS Operations on CRM workflows, cleaner contact and contract data, and actionable triggers
  • Test messages, timing and journey steps, then use engagement and commercial results to improve them
