Mid-Market Account Executive, Audit Manager

About the role

Sell a healthcare compliance platform to mid-sized provider organisations, guiding buyers from first contact to signed deal. The work helps care providers build compliance programmes that hold up to scrutiny.

What you will do

• Own the mid-market provider segment, targeting multi-site healthcare organisations with over 100 staff and several buying stakeholders
• Build your own pipeline, sourcing a substantial portion of opportunities through outbound prospecting
• Run discovery and consultative conversations that surface compliance risk and pitch a full programme rather than single tools
• Handle the whole cycle from outreach and discovery to negotiation and close, with deals typically between $5K and $75K
• Work with Customer Success at handoff so new clients start well and know what to expect
• Keep HubSpot activity, pipeline and forecasts accurate, track territory results and spot improvement areas

What they look for

• Three or more years of full-cycle sales with a record of hitting or beating quota
• Healthcare experience in revenue cycle management, with solid grasp of RCM processes and pain points
• Track record of managing deals sized $5K to $75K
• Structured sales methodology experience, with SPICED a plus
• Strong discovery and consultative selling, plus a collaborative, accountable, customer-focused approach

• Background in outbound prospecting, territory development and consultative healthcare sales
